Excited about the African American Author's Expo!

I have signed up for all of the expo's but this one is the most affordable and by far the best one yet.

I love that I spoke to a human being and she had great customer service, and this expo offers promotion and media exposure.  All for the lowest price out!!! love it! Can't wait to meet all the Author's and did I mention I will be Speaking at the event as well...awesome!

What Are You Waiting For?

Ever wonder if your dreams of doing you will come true?  One thing I have learned over time is that you are in control of your destiny, as long as you know what path you are supposed to be on.  Oftentimes, I find that people are in positions that are not meant for them.  I have encountered managers who can't manage, customer service agents who don't know the first thing about customer service and many chefs who can't boil water.  Okay, maybe not to that extreme, but you get my drift…

Moonlight Memoirs wins first place gold medal - 2010 Next Generation Indie Book Awards - Spirituality

We just received the announcement that Moonlight Memoirs won the gold medal in the Spirituality Category of the 2010 Next Generation Indie Book Awards! The results of all the winners and finalists will be posted on the Indie Book Awards website in early June. Melody and I are very honored to receive the gold medal as these awards are open to publishers world-wide!
